Marc Miller has been a photographer, painter and visual artist for almost fifty years. Born in New York City, he now lives in Toronto. 

 

He began his professional career as a studio photographer in New York, studied there at the School of Visual Arts and received a Master of Fine Arts Degree in Photography and Visual Communication from the Rochester Institute of Technology. He has served as Associate Professor of Photography at the Art Institute of Chicago, was Assistant Director of the Nikon School of Photography in Canada and has taught at Sheridan and Humber colleges. His photographs, paintings and digital works have been exhibited in the US and Canada and are held in public and private collections.
